I would highly recommend W.M Dean with their excellent, very prompt and professional service. Dorothy Macbeth sold our house within 5 weeks of putting it up for sale, she is absolutely fantastic at her job and has years of experience; she sold my mums house 16 year ago within 6 weeks of it being up for sale. This Agent is totally lacking when it comes to respecting interested buyers . We phoned yesterday for an appointment to view a house they are selling on behalf of the vendors. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
