The Winkworth team in Penn Hill, Poole provided excellent support throughout the sale of my late father's property. They provided good advice on the type of buyers that would be interested in the property and therefore what work needed to be done to prepare the property for sale. When requested, they introduced reliable service providers to carry out the work and to clear out the contents of the property - this was particularly useful given my limited knowledge of the area. Most importantly, they provided an honest market assessment and price, and marketed the property efficiently to ensure the property sale attracted a suitable level of interest, therefore meeting my requirements to achieve a relatively quick sale. They continued to provide further advice and support, when requested, through to completion, which again was extremely helpful to me given that I was not local to the area. In summary, they performed over and above what I would expect a good Estate Agent to do, and their commission was well deserved.

However, dealing with the team at Winkworths, they were always on the ball and kept me fully engaged at all times. The transaction took longer than anticipated but thanks to the help and effort of the team, they got the transaction over the line.

George & Helena at Winkworths were brilliant from start to finish.
George hosted the initial property viewing and was relaxing, calm and informative which was refreshing give prior experiences with other agents. He dealt in facts and offered measures and realistic advice, which then led to a successful offer accepted within hours of the viewing.
Throughout the process thereafter, Helena and George worked together to deal with any further queries, questions or concerns. I had difficulty with solicitors as a first time buyer, and they were both patient and helpful both in dealing with solicitors on both ends of the transaction, and in applying necessary pressure to ensure that completion went as smoothly as possible.
I would both recommend and encourage Winkworths for future buyers/sellers.

Now the sale process has concluded and we had acquired the property, we wanted record our thanks to Neil and Helena for the very best customer experience in a house purchase. I have purchased 10 properties in my lifetime and this experience has stood out.
Helena took the time on two separate viewings to show us all the apartments in Penn Pines and certainly allocated far in excess time on both occasions than we could have reasonably expected for a viewing. Her professional and welcoming approach without putting any pressure or bias to sell the apartments was exemplary. Once we made the offer, her handling of the negotiation was spot on and her subsequent follow up on matters was timely and informative.
Neil went out of his way to resolve a couple of questions just prior to completion and he was very helpful, professional and timely in dealing with matters leading to exchange and completion.
Whitelock have certainly partnered with the very best in promoting their properties for sale. We would most definitely advocate Winkworths Poole to any interested parties based on our exceptional experience. Many brands talk the story few actually live it

Outstanding service. Nothing is too much trouble for George his team at Winkworth.
We had been trying to sell a property with several estate agents before going to them. From the start they were positive and eager and made us feel welcome.
Throughout the whole process George and Neil gave us weekly updates, keeping me informed of how things were going and new viewing dates and times.
As soon as we had an interested buyer they followed it through to its completion with diligence and professionalism.
It goes without saying that i have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth to any prospective client who wants a 5 Star Agency
