Delighted with Craig K. who was in charge with letting my flat. Craig has been on top of everything from start to finish and when I did ask for a favour, a record of the meter readings, nothing was ever too much hassle and was always so prompt in his response. Importantly, from start to finish Hemming Homes let my flat in around a month which is a great relief and I've been very pleased with their advice and service.

I have been buying and selling properties for approximately 10 years now. Should you be lucky enough to get Hemmings to sell your property, I'm sure you'll be glad you did. My property has just been put on the market but I believe Hemmings are the company who will do everything they can to generate a sale. Craig has gave me great feedback to make my property more desirable. I have never dealt with a better estate agent who genuinely cares about getting your property sold. Brilliant.

Craig Hemmings, Lesley and Gary were very professional in every aspect of my sale and of the purchase of our new home.
The purchasers of our home had a set back in the early part of the cycle and their buyers did not proceed with the purchase of their property due to the buyer being made redundant. Craig immediately contacted me with the news of the sale falling through although he assured me that he had more than one client interested in the property. Sure enough in a very short space of time another client made an offer and duly purchased the property allowing the chain of three could progress to a successful conclusion.

With no knowledge of how to get started with a mortgage, Gary explained every step of the way to me, spending time and allowing me to understand the end to end process. As well as being seamless and efficient, it was enjoyable and exciting!
