The service from Mortimers has been excellent, my whole experience was quick and efficient. Staff were lovely and we loved our little care package , thank you! - Was exactly what we needed when we realised we had no clue how to use the pay meter for gas / electricity as we never had seen one of those in our previous properties (only thing I feel wasn’t communicated properly) but it was soon sorted after a few phone calls.
I can’t wait to start exploring the small independents of Accrington and I’m very sure I will come back to Mortimers for the next property
