What a professional and committed team Dacre Son & Hartley are at selling house's. From the day I called to ask them to value my house to the handing over of the keys for the new owners. The photos were perfect and the way they advertised our property was obviously very successful. Emma Duncan was a constant support every step of the sale, liaising with my husband and I on a regular basis to keep us up to date with everything that was going throughout with such professionalism. I would recommend Dacre Son and Hartley to family and friends as they took the hassle out of selling a house and made it a breeze. Thankyou again Emma and Dacre for selling our house!!!!

We have recently bought and sold our house using Dacres in Morley and I can’t express enough how fantastic the service we received was. From the beginning, Gavin was really friendly and we felt that we were in good hands! The photos taken of our house were beautiful and ensured that we got
plenty of viewings! We sold our house quickly but were however on a timescale; Emma and Sue did an amazing job of chasing solicitors etc to ensure that the sale was completed on time (I know it wasn’t easy!)
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone selling their house!

I had very difficult buyers who were determined to drag what should have been a quick chain free sale on a virtually brand new property out to several months. I was particalary impressed with just how quickly my house was sold, Gavin was able to secure a sale in a matter of days!
In addition, I was very impressed with the professionl and efficient way Emma liased with both parties solicitors, this definitely provided for the sale to go smoothly and promptly.

From the moment Gavin came round to value our property we knew that Dacres were the Agents for us. Gavin was so friendly and professional and really made us feel involved in the process of our sale. Once the property had sold Emma did a a fantastic job managing the progression and went above and beyond when it came to dealing with both sets of solicitors. Nothing was too much for her or Gavin. Our sale should have been relatively straight forward however there were a few bumps in the road and Emma kept me sane throughout. I wouldn't use any other agent in the future apart from Dacres Morley. Thanks so much guys!!

Very pleased with my experience at Dacre, I asked 6 estate agents to view my house and Dacre's were the 6th to view. Gavin had a unique style for selling houses which I liked. His team at Morley made the experience of selling a house bearable, it took 5 months to complete, so it could have been a nightmare, but it wasn't thanks to his team. I also liked the way they contacted me, I wasn't living at the house except for the weekend, so having the comm's was great. Thanks guys.
