Everyone I have had contact with at Mortimers have been so helpful. I would like to express my comments with regards to Michael. Having dealt with him a number of times whilst agreeing the tenancy, and then with regards to a number of issues / problems we have encountered Michael is a credit to Mortimers. He is extremely positive, professional and always keeps you informed. Maria did very little to support queries and I feel Michael always stepped in to support resolution and provide regular updates. Working in a customer facing industry for over 30 years myself, Michael has the required values and behaviours to excel in any type challenge that is presented to him.

Edward really knows his stuff regarding the area and certainly knows the market. Sadly we feel we weren't represented brilliantly in the sake of our house. As Mortimers don't work on commission and rather a flat rate- getting you the best price isn't in there interests. Unfortunately when negotiating our sake they represented the buyer rather than us brilliantly. We felt under pressure to accept a sub-par offer from the agent and although we eventually got a sale it was at a value well below the worth. We're glad it's all done with but should have used Keenan's as we have in the past!
