I moved from a different agency to Castledene due to several issues I was not happy about. Hannah's communication has been absolutely impeccable, from start to finish! She always goes out of her way to assist with any queries I have. Hannah has always provided me with sound advice (related to the local rental market) and has marketed my property with expertise and professionalism, so cannot fault in any way! I will certainly be instructing Castledene (Hannah In particular) in the near future!

We walked into Castledene (Seaham branch) feeling demoralised from other estate agents lack of interest. Nicola turned this feeling around within minutes !
She was immediately approachable, honest and we just knew that we had hope for finding our perfect property.
She understood we were making a huge transition - relocating from London and all the stress involved.
Within days an ideal property was sourced, communication between us, Nicola and the vendor was excellent and all being well our relocation is going to go as smooth as possible.
Nicola responds so promptly and is happy to answer any questions we have.
I cannot recommend Nicola highly enough. If you want to buy in this area of County Durham please make this your first and probably (only) port of call.

I bought a house through Julia at Castledene and I have to say you couldn't expect a better service. From initial enquiry through to exchange and completion Julia and her colleagues were quick, friendly and efficient. After finding out my requirements she presented the ideal property for my budget. After I verbally placed an offer she returned within 3 minites with the acceptance, whilst we were still talking through the details. Then, through the long legal process, Julia took care to follow the case, making sure any documents or assistance was prompt and thorough. I couldn't recommended Julia and her colleagues at Castledene more. Will use again and would recommend to anyone!

The branch is very unprofessional.
Me and my partner arranged a viewing with the agency and it was cancelled with no upfront contact. Got to the house after driving 50miles, phoned the company and got 'I'm sorry the viewing got cancelled.' We received no email or phone call to inform us of any changes.
I advise for people to not rely on ' 5 star' rating as that has misled us miserably.

From Mick Faulkner . When I started using Castledene about 3 years ago , the support was very poor, with various Account Managers regularly changing there roles. However, over the last year or so things have improved considerably ,although the account system I still find poor, and very confusing.
