I am shocked how rudely I was treated by *. Her manners are appalling. I made an appointment to view a property to buy with **. I live in London and got confused with it being an online viewing, which some agents are doing. I explained it to her and she basically told me off and was rude while I tried to explain and apologise for my mistake. To make things even worse she said that I had made enquires about other properties recently and they had not been able to contact me, therefore they wouldn't show me any properties from now on.

Just like to stay from start to finish they were brilliant .the whole team were just so helpfull .jemma worked so hard on the sale of my house and could not do enough .when you phoned the team they always picked up the phone were always polite .whenever you sent a email always responded .cant thank the team enough .

We can not recommend these estate agents more highly! All of the team were fantastic and super organised in arranging viewings for us and then providing us with feedback. We managed to get asking price for our house which is amazing in today's market. Jemma was then amazing at getting our house over the finish line. She tirelessly chased the estate agents and solicitors lower down the chain until the job was done.

They really made the whole moving process in a frustrating chain a much more managable affair. They realistically helped manage expections, which no other party be it Solicitor or Estate Agent did. I couldn't reccomend them more highly. I'll certainly be using them for every future move.

Although I was intially wary at using an 'online' estate agent, I chose GPO after reading their fantastic reviews and seeing their significantly lower prices than the other agents I had spoken to in my area. I definitely made the right decision.
Andrew was friendly and professional when he came out to value, and the online advert he did was perfect with great photos. I got 4 viewings booked between it going online at 6pm on Friday and GPO reopening on Saturday morning!
I have since dealt with Kate and several other girls in the office, all of whom have been lovely and helpful, but the stand-out for me has been Jemma. At first I thought GPO would have earned their £1250+VAT fee really easily considering they sold my house for the full asking price within one working day (they did offer to try for higher offers given the demand for viewings of my house, but due to it being shared ownership the selling price was non-negotiable), but Jemma has really gone above and beyond. She has chased solicitors on both sides, pushing them to get the move date I wanted even when initially they said it wasn't possible, and chased up the estate agent I am buying through, all without me asking her to do anything. She has sent me regular updates most days, much more than any other party involved, often giving me updates from my solicitor before my solicitor contacts me! Jemma by herself has been worth every penny of GPO's fee and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know selling a property.

We bought a house through GPO and were very pleased with the effective communication we received. It was easy initially to book viewings of the house we liked.
