Good communication from Joyce at Scot house move, explained costs and way things worked perfectly. They didn't have too much to do as we arranged our own home report and took our own pictures. The arrangement of viewings was delt with well, however we had to cancel some as the first people to view our house bought it!

Reasonable fees, cheaper than everywhere else I looked. I would recommend getting the Home Report done independently as mine was around £100 cheaper than what was quoted by the estate agent.

You have the option of paying a low fee up front or a higher fee (about 40% more) upon completion of the sale. I'd like to have had the option of using my own solicitor however they supplied the lawyer as per terms and conditions (however their fee was probably circa market norm).

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
