Petermans is a local family run business which was established in 1962 by brothers Sidney and Warner Peterman. Today the company is run by cousins Howard Peterman and Wendy Peterman. Not only have the directors grown up within the property industry but, our offices have long term members of staff, most of whom hav

I viewed a property through Darren. As I was the first to see the property when it came to the market Darren was great in putting us in a strong position to have our offer accepted. Whilst the sale process was continually delayed Darren kept on the case pushing the buyer to get the sale in to contract stage. Whilst a fraught process I was very happy with the service from Petermans.

I have found Rose Broughton at Petermans were outstanding in my property search. Her excellent property experience and management and knowledge of the local area is second to none. I used Petermans to rent out and ultimately sell a flat for me in Edgware. I am very pleased with the service they provided and more than happy to recommend them. They helped me with renovation advice prior to renting out the flat and then quickly found a suitable tenant. Rose Broughton subsequently efficiently dealt with any day to day issues with the minimum of involvement from me. When I decided to sell, Stephen Gilbert was equally helpful in disposing of the property. Howard Peterman’s sage advice was very useful with a commercial property as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Peterman's, who was representing my buyers agent.
Although they didn't represent me, their commitment to their role meant they were helping me with issues with my purchase as well. Their ability to take the reigns where I was unable to, and to help explain issues and suggest appropriate courses of action helped me with not only my purchase, but also my sale.
Given they didn't actually represent me, their commitment to help the whole chain just gave me an immense sense of confidence, that I strongly believe no other agent could have done.

At each stage she kept us up to date with negotiations Answered all of our queries promptly and gave us her mobile number so we could contact her if we had any reservations

She liaised with Steven Kersh our sellers estate agent and our lawyer when necessary
