These two girls are valuable assets to this office, they conduct themselves with the highest professionalism and efficiency without fault. Nothing is too much trouble, they helped me with my many, sometimes exhausting enquiries without a fuss or tiresome attitude. These girls worked beyond what was expected and exceeded all expectations, it was a true pleasure having them deal with my new tenancy.

Be careful, they do in house referencing and get to decide without checking properly, they say I failed the landlord referencing cause the person managing my apartment didn’t match the name of the owner of my apartment on the land registry and they took my deposit illegally, now I am in the process of lodging a claim with the property ombudsman ! Stay clear from GLP and from Marcus Williams these guys are thieves.

I first contacted GLP weeks before I came to the UK. Shanaz was really helpful, polite and patient in helping me with my property search. She would keep me up to date with the available flats and was really informative about them. Shanaz sent me videos and took me on a viewing too. When I finally got the flat, Aisling helped me with all my documents. My property manager, Joe, replied to my enquiries quickly and assisted me with all my issues. Everything was a breeze. Unlike other letting agents, GLP cares.
I contacted a few other letting agents before who were all very cold and unhelpful. As I was abroad, calling letting agents during their “prime letting time”, end September, was very annoying. I had to call multiple times during the day to get the right person on the line as the one designated person was always out of office for viewings, they had promised me to call me back but never did, or told me the property has already been let and they had send me other alternatives who were either 1) in worse of a condition or 2) much more expensive.
This was definitely not the case with GLP. My friend in the UK helped me call the office, got referred to Shanaz who whatsapped me right away with all that I needed, despite being on a viewing. I asked her a lot of questions about the property and within a day, I placed an offer electronically. She worked over hours, to get my offer to the landlord as soon as possible, as I was quite anxious about it being let by someone else. The next day the landlord accepted the offer. Shanaz helped me a lot even after the offer being made. She helped me getting the required documents together (with was quite a struggle for me as first time renter) as well as accommodating me with other special needs. I could always contact her and she always replied quick. She's the most lovely and helpful agent I know, and would definitely recommend her to all my friends.

From our offer acceptance we worked with Aisling who was also a star at quick and thorough communication, often getting back to our emails within an hour or two and very helpful when we were getting our documents together.
We never once felt we couldn't turn to the team with questions, big or small, and were guided every step of the way. Will certainly look to use GLP again in future.

Shanaz is the best agent!
I had a couple of viewings with Shanaz and she has been incredibly patient and accommodating.
