I have received their response that the problems are all done to me not them jumping ship and that I ALLOWED random people to live there ! Ridiculous
THE FACTS
I asked if they're married they said yes and we're not
I asked could you do the checkout they said yes and then no
I asked could they deal with the repairs to the TDS
scheme . They said no as I was a let only client ?? No where did they ever mention or did I sign acknowledging this.
On a completely separate matter I have been told that despite giving them 2 clients and using them three times I have not given them enough work?? . I'm an FCA and would answer that Colin with what have you given me?
Anyway when the going gets tough .. Stuart's get going

I have to report Stuart’s homes in Cheadle. I asked them to look for tenants in January 23. They did so to a married couple.
I asked separately if they were married as they had different surnames and was told they were. I also asked would they do the check out and was told yes for a fee. HOWEVER things did became more difficult and this company Literally abandoned ship not even doing the check out. This is their response about the lie :
I have responded and sent you application forms to show you who we referenced and who we subsequently drew up a tenancy agreement for in the two individual names.
There is no obligation to verify their relationship status.
So my claim for a possession order is based on lies ?
Use them but if things get difficult EXPECT NO SUPPORT.

We have had the experience of being part of the Sturats family over a six-year period and we have had nothing but a brilliant experience with them. They maybe a small team, but they are extremely hardworking, and never let us down in all the years we were with them. They always got back to us with any problems we encountered (which weren't many in the years) and got things fixed very quicky.
We can't praise them highly enough.

I was a Tennant for 8 years in a home let by stuarts property services, the service I received by the team while I was there was excellent, If I had a query or repair that needed to be done it was fixed always in good time, I felt like the care of all tenants was important to them and I would always rent properties advertised by them.

As a Landlord I can't speak highly enough about the service Stuart's give. Very prompt, curtious, reliable and their paper work and documentation is superb. They take away the burden of worrying if all the legal side has all the necessary bib and braces. Legislation is changing constantly and mostly in favour of the Tenant. Stuart's a are on the ball. The feeed back I've had from my tenants are very complimentary and positive.
I wouldn't use anyone else.

Stuart's are the only property services i would ever use in South Manchester. It is a family business run by the lovely Clare and her husband Colin, who also employ their son + daughter. All staff are long term and professional, especially Amanda, Margaret + Lewis, to name but a few. I am a Property Consultant for a large company and deal with many agents over the UK. It is only a pity these other agents are not as available, efficient, professional, proactive and have the attention to detail that Stuart Property Services have. They only deal with properties that are up to a high standard and will advise if works need to be carried out to bring your property up to specifications. This enables them to find professional tenants who will take care of your property + get tenants in as soon as possible. They have an excellent maintenance team so any issues are sorted at source immediately. Cannot praise them enough, they are always available either via email, telephone or in person by going into their offices. A friendly, pro active team, fabulous.

If you are looking for a top notch property letting agency that knows what they are doing, then look no further. Colin, Claire and Olivia at Stuarts made things hassle and stress free. I can say this honestly as someone whom has just recently moved into UK, I could not be more grateful for the help I received during the process. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We are members SafeAgent and The Property Ombudsman and follow their complaints procedure protocol should it be needed.
