Absolutely disgusted by the lack of service and professionalism. Wanted to view a property . No call backs , very unorganised. When I said I was dissatisfied with the service I was spoken to so rudely and the agent told me she was going to hang up on me before she said something she would regret. I called the Ayr office to make a complaint. Was told it would be passed to Brian Murphy and I would get a call back Still waiting . Would not recommend or use in any capacity. If I was the homeowner trying to let my property through them I would be taking my business elsewhere. Training on customer service would be a good idea. Family business but totally lacking in exceptional service that would give them the edge over big competitors. 😡
