We stated we were very interested, were cash buyers and asked for a viewing and was told by Jan Foster that they would have to contact the site manager first. My wife despite making several phone calls and and sending several email did not get a response. Then low and behold someone comes in and purchases the property.

I found out from someone else that uses jan Forster to manage their property. So much for Data protection. You will not find a single competent person working for this company. They just take your money and sit on their backsides!

From our first viewing of a property listed with Jan Forster, Joyce has offered us not only the advice we needed and daily updates relevant to our search, but she has also reassured us that we were a priority and we really felt that the Jan Forster team were second to non in customer service.
Looking back I wish we had sold our property with Jan Forster but we are very happy to have purchased through them and are confident that the customer care, advice and support will continue throughout the sale.

I had the pleasure of having Rachael Trick deal with my sale and I couldn't have been happier. Friendly, clear, honest and most importantly, she updated me when there was ANY sort of update with my house sale. This is what you want from your estate agent and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
My house was up on the market within a week of meeting Jan Forster for the first time and my house was sold within 2.I put it all down to their services and not just finding a lucky buyer at the right time.

They were truly excellent and that is not something I say casually. They were very attentive, were very personable, always gave us sound, practical advice, were excellent communicators (one of the very best I have ever come across), were clear at all times and helped us through a very difficult, major time consuming, eventual non-buyer and then the final sale even when a last minute 'stunt' was pulled by the buyers.
