One of the many attractions of Morden is Morden Hall Park, a National Trust park which covers 125 acres, its main entrance is only a quarter of a mile from the Tube station. Left to the National Trust by Gilliat Edward Hatfeild, it is a tranquil space of meadows and running water and is a haven for wildlife, having originally been a deer park. Many of the estate buildings are used by local craftspeople and artisans as workshops. Theres a cafe, second hand bookshop and a living green centre as well.
Morden has a thriving high street and is also home to the Civic Centre and Library. As people look for somewhere to move out of London they regularly choose Morden and the surrounding areas. Sold a property thru Goodfellows as Executor of a Will. Once sale complete the Lettings department consistently and regularly phoned to gain business to let out the property sold. Explained the first few times their mistake but the calls simply don't stop. The insensitive Lettings Manager is determined to get me to somehow give permission to advertise deceased relative property. Would not trust Goodfellows with any property management if they can't get the basics right even when corrected. The female Lettings Manager would not accept any responsibility for their failure of calling me when told categorical not too, but also the crass response from Rosie the Lettings Manager in relation to my past relative.

We instructed our man to return the same day to remove the board as it was his fault but within 20 minutes we were told by Goodfellows that the board had been dumped at their office .

Complaints Procedure
Goodfellows is a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS) and we aim to provide the highest standards of service to all our customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded we have the following complaints procedure in place.
The aim of this process is to resolve all customer issues or concerns as quickly as possible. In the majority of cases we hope that any issues can be resolved quickly and amicably to customers\' satisfaction at branch level.
Stage One - Branch Manager
Complaints should, in the first instance, be directed to the Manager of the estate agency branch you have been dealing with. They will endeavour to liaise with you quickly and resolve your complaint immediately, no later than 5 working days from first notification.
Stage Two - Director
Should the local manager not be able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can refer the matter to the Sales or Lettings Director at head office. Once received your letter will be acknowledged within 3 working days and you will receive a response within 15 working days from receipt of your letter.
Stage Three - Managing Director
If, after you have dealt with the division director, you remain dissatisfied you may address your concerns, in writing, to the Managing Director. Once received your letter will be acknowledged within 3 working days and you will receive a response within 15 working days from receipt of your letter.

If you still remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint after dealing with the Directors, and once you have received a Final Viewpoint letter from the Managing Director, you may approach the Property Ombudsman.
