The agent constantly tried to get us to pay for things that were the responsibility of the landlord and failed to repair the extractor fans and a very dangerous window which you could easily fall out off.
Still hadn't paid the deposit back and trying to dupe me for £750 for wear and tear from a tired old property.

Completely disagree with Nicoleta views, i completely disagree with your above comments, this company is a 5 start rating they have gone beyond the cause to help me to find a property, all the staff are extremely helpful, and are willing to go the extra mile to help someone out and if they can not find the answer they go out and get the answer, I dealt with 2 lovely guys and they were extremely helpful, the only downside for me was that the property i saw was too dated for my liking, i highly recommend using David Lichfield, they go the extra mile

I had rented a property through David Lichfield previously and had no complaints when I did. Since then I have dealt with a number of estate agents when I left the area, who have either been poor at communication, or simply not interested in customer needs.
Recently, I have moved back to Northwood, and with the help of Anjana and Sarah, I could not be any happier. The whole process of finding me a flat to moving in ran so smoothly with no problems and no hidden charges.
I could not recommend them enough, you can tell they genuinely care for their customers!

Bobby is an absolute star and if I could, I would vote for him as the estate agent of the year (at least)! I really want to thank you once again for your superb approach, positivity, extraordinary support and for your willingness to listen and the talent to solve the problem , against the odds. Rude staff. Lied about property being on offer when it's still free. Woman I spoke on the phone to mocked my name and said it was 'strange' -very unprofessional. Got someone else to call about an apartment and pretend they were interested and a staff member told them it was free to view and wasn't on offer. They had told me it was on offer and was too late. Previous to that a woman said she would call me about the apartment and never called back so I called and said I would get a call the following week. Waited more than a week and no call. Seem to be sexist and they didn't want to rent women unless there was a man to accompany. Rented from this agency and were not helpful when there was a mould problem.

My husband and I rented a flat for a year. I have never dealt with such awful estate agents - *. They barely responded to emails and when we had a leak in our kitchen, *theya just shouted at us and said we are not king and queen so will not be treated like royalty and have a fix straight away. She was rude to us on the phone and eventually told us she would send a fire brigade to our flat as there was nothing she could do. The leak was coming from the above flat and ruined our ceiling and all cupboard goods - This agent did nothing to mend the ceiling in the year we lived there. **we asked questions that we wanted answering re moving out via email, deposit, cleaning etc but she did not respond to any of our queries. We had some issues when we moved into the flat and were told that these issues would be resolved but David Lichfeld didnt bother seeing to any of these issues and we lived in the flat paying full rent with these problems. Awful agency and not recommended. Go to anywhere else but here. The only person who was decent was Bobby Jutla - who tried to help on occasions where he could. But it did seem like he was under the controlling behaviours **so he was limited to what he was able to do for us. So glad we have moved out now.

It was fabulous experience here in Northwood by David Lichfield mainly led by sales representative Bobby. His experienced know-how and advice were always helpful. Bobby and David Lichfield are very professional in their approach to finding tenants just right for me. They have made transitioning from one tenant to another very smooth and in a very short space of time, leaving me (landlord) and tenants very happy. Bobby's view is when looking for tenants he treats the process as if he was finding a tenant for his own property. Bobby was amazing in helping us to secure a rental property during a traumatic period for us when we were forced to move out of our home at short notice when it was damaged in a flood. He pulled out every stop to find and secure us a rental property as quickly as he could.
Anjana and the whole team were so helpful when we got locked out of our new rental property at 10pm in the evening. They did everything they could to get us back in without having to call a locksmith.
I highly recommend David Lichfield in Northwood. 10/10

Very genuine and helpful! Have dealt with Bobby, Liz and Adam in person and all were extremely efficient, friendly and have showno so far to be very trustworthy, we also dealt with another girl who was on call late on a Friday evening and did her very best to help us out and did not give up until our problem was resolved. Would highly recommend and after having a very negative experience with another agency they have renewed our faith in estate agents!
