Very professional team that handled my tennancy. The setup of the tenancy and sorting out the letting agreement and obtaining the keys went without problems. When I viewed the property, I was greeted by a representative (not either of the ones listed in this review) who asked me how I will be paying for the rent, and that I might find it difficult to find work in the town - but in fact I had already been employed by the local firm for a number of years... I was not happy about that aspect, but I shrugged it off. The rest of the team was very good, professional, courteous and very understanding. They were a pleasure to deal with. The periodic house inspection were mildly annoying, mostly because I had to schedule time from work to be home, but the meetings were very short and trouble-free once they were in progress. And I can certainly understand the need for the inspections. There were no problems with taking the Standing Order, no problems with running the tennancy. No problems with deposit return - in fact this part was very quick. When I encountered a dripping tap in the bathroom, a visit by the landlord was quickly arranged, the issue quickly solved.
