I have no bad words to say about bycroft, from day 1 they helped and supported us. The renting process was easy and a lot quicker than first thought. Throughout the tenancy, any problems that arised would be quickly sorted out. The staff throughout where great help providing support through emails if we couldn't call, which was great help for myself as I have anxiety and struggle to speak on the phone. Special thanks to Michelle for helping from day 1, thanks to mark who provided extra support towards the end of the tenancy and Louise for helping and understanding us at the end and the deposit return process. I don't agree with the 2 bad reviews referring to their deposit problem, Louise was quick with the house check and only charged a small amount for an end of tenancy clean which is totally reasonable. All 3 staff members have all been very friendly and all personally wished us well in the future.
