Having moved homes twice in the last three years, I can say that YHomes are the best agents to help you. The friendliness, helpfulness and quality of service is excellent. They are efficient, highly responsive and keep you updated regularly throughout the whole selling process. They know the housing market inside out. We have just sold our house with Y Homes and cant recommend them enough. Andrew and the sales team did a fantastic job of selling the house, following up on viewings and keeping us fully informed throughout the sale process.
The real value and really excellent USP Y Homes have though is everything post-sale and pre-completion. Becky helped co-ordinate everything and liaised between us, our sols, our buyers, and their sols to keep the sale on track and advise us on technical aspects of the house sale and the conveyancing. I can genuinely say we still wouldn't have moved or even have a moving date if it weren't for her.

Our recent house move was part of a fairly large and very difficult chain. Our own agent we used for our sale was often impossible to contact and offered very little support throughout. On multiple occasions, we were close to the chain collapsing and our solicitors and selling agent were seemingly fine with standing by as multiple families had their plans fall apart. By contrast, Y Homes (who were selling the property we purchased) were absolutely outstanding. They never gave up and moved mountains to get everyone else to do their part to get the whole chain sorted. Y Homes were professional, offered great communication throughout and often dragged every other company involved up to their level. This is now the only estate agent we'd ever use. This is the only estate agent we'd recommend anyone else use too. There might be other estate agents as good as Y Homes, but I highly doubt there could be any better than them.

I have used Y Homes for selling both mine and my mothers properties. When I initially sold my bungalow the service I received left me in no doubt I wanted to use Janet to sell my mothers bungalow. She is just the person I needed who I know I could trust to look after my recently widowed elderly mother. Nothing was to much trouble for Janet and she conducted all the viewings for my mother. Although not a terribly long transaction for my mothers sale and purchase there was one or two hiccups which Janet chased up for us , and I am sure if it was not for Janet's intervention my mother would still have been waiting to move. An all round comprehensive professional friendly service.

I recently purchased a property through YHomes and couldn’t recommend them enough. The team were absolutely fantastic; from my initial viewing, to pre-purchase survey recommendations, all the way through to a post purchase check-in. Despite challenging and busy times, with COVID and a rush on the market due to the stamp-duty holiday, they were always friendly and professional and provided regular updates whilst we waited for our chain to fall into place.
