We have used Beresford Residential on many occasions over the past 11yrs to find new tenants for our properties and we had another exceptional service from them.
We don't usually post reviews but we would like to take this opportunity to thank Karina Selway for the very efficient and professional way in which she liaised with us throughout the process. In particular, Karina's very prompt response to all our emails and phone calls, regular phone updates to us, to advise how the new tenancy application was proceeding, to dealing with the check in, smoke declaration and singing of the tenancy agreement etc. The high level of service provided by Karina was very much appreciated and resulted in a very smooth and stress free experience, something that does not always happen with other agents.
Thanks Karina and to the rest of the team at Beresford Residential!

We have been really impressed with Ty and the team at Beresford Residential. Ty worked effortlessly to secure a virtual viewing on a property and was constantly contactable and responsive re: questions we had.
From submitting our offer, Ty touched based with us to keep us in the loop with the status of our offer and next steps in the process. The whole process felt completely seamless (and professional!) and we were so happy to receive a call from Ty to congratulate us on our offer being accepted. We are really happy that we will be working closely with Beresford throughout the duration of our tenancy and would highly recommend the estate agent to anyone looking for a future home!

We rented a property to find out it was infested with red ants, didn't get moved so if renting secker house the whole block is full of them and extremely uncomfortable to live with. Worst experience renting here, first and last time!
We rented a property to find out it was infested with red ants, didn't get moved so if renting secker house the whole block is full of them and extremely uncomfortable to live with. (They crawl all over your body)
Customer service wise I felt they didn't care much especially the branch manager * and was very hard to talk too.
NEVER will we rent from this Agency.
