Nikki is one of the most reliable contacts I deal with at Gibbs Gillespie. Her customer service is A class and her love for the job shines through in everything. Her advice and support are invaluable when it comes to the management of my House and I trust her with every aspect of it. She is on the ball & constantly providing a service Gibbs Gillespie management provides a stress free service when Nikki is involved. a real asset to the Gibbs Team in my opinion and worth every penny of the management fee. Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over ƒâ€š‚£5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning ƒâ€š‚£30000pa to have a low deposit .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.
