Overall an excellent experience. A very through and inclusive initial assessment of our property by Nick, he consulted with us regarding our thoughts on the property and how it should be marketed but also gave his view to assist us with pitching the house at the right level to gain interest.
Obviously this worked well as we had interest in the house within hours of it going live, the second person to view took it straight away. Overall we had 9 viewings and 7 wanted to apply for the property.
Slick service provided throughout the process and even when there were one or two minor hitches Jeanette got straight on to them and ensured we we completely happy prior to proceeding further.
Really set our minds at rest seeing as we are overseas.
Thanks again and we would like to wish the Wilmslow branch every success as they grow. Although I have no doubt that if you can maintain the excellent level of customer service, you will more than likely embarrass the so called 'larger' more established agents.
