She moved into the property in June 2011 and signed a 21 page tenancy agreement. She read this in advance of coming in to sign it and we have an email from her to say that she was happy with it.
Our tenancy agreement contains no unfair terms and every potential tenant is given the opportunity to read the tenancy agreement and take legal advice before coming into our office to sign it. We take great care to treat all of our customers fairly and we would not wish to be associated with any unfair terms in our agreements.
It is always saddens me if a Landlord and tenant cannot get along but as we were only contracted to find a tenant in 2011 we have had no influence over the way the tenancy was run and so it seems very unfair that we should be the victims of a poor review when we have clearly done nothing wrong.
