I did try to book a viewing 5 times for the same property, first call 30/04/14, last call 07/05/14 (5 working days), and every time i was told "we need to speak to the owner first, and we will give you a call back"... but they never call me back... 7/05/14 when i rang last time, they said the house is now sold, i am sorry...

well done haart!!! this is how you look after your customers....
