I don't normally write reviews as changes can take place which may alter your impressions about a service. However, I have been dealing with letzmove as a land lady for 4 years. During this time I have found The service they provide to be of the highest quality and very professional..they have dealt with problems quickly so that both tenant and land lord have been satisfied with the result. They have offered advise and help when needed. I don't believe that I would obtain a better service anywhere else . I would therefore highly recommend them as an agent for both tenant and landlord alike.

I have recently moved into a lovely property that I am renting through Letzmove. I could not have been happier with the service I received from Graham and his team. Lorraine showed me around the property and also carried out the inventory with me. I was very impressed with her knowledge of both the area and the property, and also her honesty when carrying out the inventory, ensuring that all appropriate information was documented. The team are flexible and were able to arrange viewings and meetings around my work schedule, which was much appreciated. Since moving into the property, Graham and his team have continued to help me with any queries, for example sorting out my parking permit and codes for the gate, as well as liaising with the landlord to get some simple repairs done, eg replacing the spotlights in the kitchen. The Letzmove team are both professional and friendly and make a potentially stressful process much easier. I would highly recommend using Letzmove.

He provided such a great service, he was always on call whenever we had a query and was so thorough throughout the whole process. From prior experience of awful agents I would say Letzmove and Graham especially puts people to shame.

We sold my house using LetzMove and Graham was particularly helpful with advice and professional opinion throughout the process. He was quick to get the property loaded onto the property websites and ensured that photographs were updated regularly.
We were particularly pleased with the photographs he took of our property, which made it look really good and we think it made a big difference when comparing other properties presented online by other agents.
We left him with the keys while we went away for an extended holiday and he kept us informed about viewings via email. When he received an offer we called him and he completed all the negotiations, so when we returned we had a confirmed purchase price for the house.
Graham continued to keep a close eye on things while the solicitors organised the legal matters in preparation for exchange and completion.

We recently purchased a property (3 bedroom house on 'The Avenue') from Graham at Letz Move in West Wickham. My wife and I found him extremely professional at all times. Selling and buying a house is never straight forward, especially with 2 babies and he always kept us informed at all times by email and by telephone. He gave advice on making sure the whole buying & selling process went smoothly. He has a very pleasant phone manner and explains progress very clearly. We value the hard work that estate agents put in from both sides in order to complete swiftly. Graham also communicated with our selling agent whenever required which was a great help. I would highly recommend Letz Move to anyone looking to buy or sell in the West Wickham, Shirley and Hayes Kent areas.

I both let and then sold a property through Graham at Letzmove. I cannot fault the service he gave on both counts. He was always a pleasure to deal with, responding promptly to queries and going out of his way to help with any problems. During the sale process, he kept me informed of what was going on with the rest of the chain and as a result, kept the sale going when it hit some potentially difficult spots. I do not live in the country, yet he chose to call me rather than send emails, a personal touch which I very much appreciated. I would recommend him and his agency to anyone wanting to either sell or let a property.

At present I can only review the marketing, finding and subsequent settling in of tenants....and this has been absolutely fantastic. I live hundreds of miles from the property and the staff of Letzmove have done over and above what I would expect from an agent to make sure the property was ready to market. They have found what seem like excellent tenants at a particularly slow time of year - I'm thrilled. Once the letting has continued for a few months I will review how they manage the property for me. Judging by their service so far...I'm expecting great things!

I had a flawless experience from start to finish with the team at Letzmove. I was helped in sourcing an appropriate property. My needs were quite specific in terms of proximity to desired area and type of property and immediately the team showed me properties which met my stated criteria. My viewings were arranged promptly and conveniently and with extended times for viewings I was able to view properties after work which was a massive help. The team really went above and beyond to find me my dream property and my experience with Letzmove was a brilliant one. The staff were always professional and polite and continue to be. The referencing stage of the letting was both efficient and inexpensive compared to other agents I have used in the past. The personal touch employed by Letzmove made all the difference and made my move far less stressful than previous moves have been. Graham at Letzmove is always on hand to resolve any queries I may have about the property and because of the friendly service I feel very at home in my new property despite it being rented. Both Nikki and Graham at Letzmove made a concerted effort to ensure that I was made to feel comfortable at every stage of finding my new home. This business comes very highly recommended. I wouldn't look elsewhere to source properties in future. Letzmove was an absolute breath of fresh air for me. That level of professionalism absolutely made all the difference for me. Catagorically the best estate agents I have ever dealt with.

I visited many agents before deciding on Letzmove.
Letzmove have exceeded my expectations as property agent
They were and are very professional in the way they work,
They always appear enthusiastic, friendly and caring.
They provided me with immediate answers to any questions I had.
They provided me with clear paperwork and always had time to go through and clarify anything that I hadn't understood.
They provided me with a very thorough inventory with pictures and on going reports.
I felt that they went out of their way to find the most suitable tenant for my property (and visa versa )
Since the letting they have continued to manage my property. They have dealt quickly and efficiently with any minor teething problems that my new flat had . This has kept both tenant and landlady happy!!!.
I am therefore very happy to recommend them in either capacity as landlord or tenant

Letzmove came highly recommended by a fellow local Landlord. Quite simply exceptional service from Graham and Nicki. Nothing was too much trouble. Every aspect of the rental was taken care of by Letzmove, the marketing, the vetting of the new tenants, vetting the guarantor and liaising with the Local Authority and a very extensive and thorough inventory. All this at a very competitive price.
If anything their service was too good, they caught us by surprise by finding the new tenants within 24 hours, the property was not even ready letting at that time! Since then Graham and Nicki have only been a phone call away to offer expert and friendly advice. I expect to be letting another property very soon in the same area and will certainly be employing their services again.

I have no hesitation in recommending Letzmove to any potential landlords. Graham provides an excellent service; he is extremely helpful and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this letting agency (Letzmove) I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Both Nicki and Graham made themselves available whenever I needed their help and advice. I live over 50 miles from the property and was able to trust them and rely on them totally to sort out any problems, alleviating all of the worries incurred in letting my property. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
