Absolutely disgusting. Property was infested with fleas and it took Bridgfords 2 weeks to send someone out, by which time all furniture and clothes had to be treated. Windowsill had big hole in it, fridge door was antiquated and the door was hanging off, washer/dryer did not work properly, central heating & boiler kept breaking down. All of these were reported time and time again and "we will get someone on it straight away" is a crock of s**t. They are now trying to eke back every penny of my daughter's bond (which was going toward her new house) with petty already existing problems including damp, ill-fitting carpets and old fixtures and fittings. The staff at the Bull Green office are totally useless, rude, lazy, ignorant and need to learn some people skills. I will make sure that everyone I know and their friends know to stay well clear of this company. TOTALLY SHAMBOLIC. THEY ARE ALL THIEVES AND LIARS.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Sack your crap staff, turn the lights off and lock the door.

The fees you charge for what is a rubbish service are frankly insulting. I switched to another letting agent and got the property rented faster, more efficiently, for less charges, and for £75 more rent pcm.

As for the fees at first you always look and think “how much” but again after you have spoken with Lee about the whole thing you know that it’s a fair price as he just guides you through it and explains everything to you step by step.
