I work a really busy job and so i was never going to be able to spend all my time managing this sale and purchase. I know i have a responsibility to research certain issues but i really did expect that the estate agent would see it as their job as the expert to guide me through the experience, let me know what i need to be doing etc. This was unfortunately not the case. Considering the amount of money we paid there was no hint of customer services about their approach.
1)Dishonest about the price which had been agreed with my buyer in order to secure their chain of sales.
2)I had no idea who was dealing with my sale after the manager left. I was passed from pillar to post and seemed to dealing with several people.
3)Very little communication after our sale agreed re on going issues and particulars of how the house sales/purchase is completed, time of completion, handing over keys etc. When i asked, two days before completion, why i hadn't been informed about these logistics, i was told "oh i thought you would have known that".

Overall they made an understandably stressful time even more stressful. Really very disappointed as i had a really good experience with this company a few years ago. Foolishly i didn't do any reviews this time around.
What agent could do to change your mind?
poor attitude throughout and din't seem to think that they owed us a service. Not sure there is anything they could have done to change my mind

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have responded to our numerous calls and emails. They could have sorted out the numerous problems in the flat. They could have returned the deposit in a timely manner.

Very poor communicating. They even lost our keys after some building work. Do not trust them at all and would never rent any property through them again. When they managed the property the situation was completely hopeless. Useless workmen + very very rude on the phone....
