I cannot recommend this agency at all. I will never use KFH again, whether it is to rent my property or to sell another. They made me feel like they were doing me a favour by selling the property. They were incredibly unprofessional - firstly, they had one open day and then refused to show it to anyone else because I had had an offer under asking price, despite the fact that I hadn't accepted it. They were rude, repeatedly, provided no support or advice and did not deal with any of my concerns. I only went with them rather than another agency because I had deal with their rental department who had been incredibly professional and I hoped for the same service. I was so disappointed with the service I was provided with in fact. Additional to not helping to sell the property well, they did not chase the seller when they disappeared, they did not help or give any advice or guidance other than that I should take the offer, they let people into the property and asked my porter to give them keys so they could come and go before they had sold the property. I badgered them into showing it to someone else who actually came in with an offer above asking price. even after agreeing a sale, they were disinterested and aggressive when I raised concerns. The service was so bad that I was tempted to pull out of the sale completely and go with someone else. And the only reason I did not, was because the sellers of the property I bought wanted a quick sale and it would have taken too long to put it back on the market. I cannot advise others strongly enough not to use them. And I am sad to say that buy its true

I am genuinely happy to be writing this review. We have been flat-hunting for a while and have been quite concerned and down about how the market has exploded as we are chain free and at times the process is still really soul destroying. During this stressful process there has been one Estate Agency which has been overwhelmingly professional, honest and on the case…. And most particularly, a tenacious Agent, Alex Fegan. I cannot state how much we appreciate his exceptional service. His humour and generous nature has never wavered. He listens and just gets us. He tells us the absolute truth, he works incredibly hard on our behalf and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. It's so refreshing to meet a young man who has such excellent communication skills…without the heavy sell!!! I have met the team at KFH and they seem to possess an unusually intelligent and straightforward culture. A great agency

Don't waste your valuable time engaging this agent, specifically the West Hampstead, London branch of KFH. They give you the hard sell to gain your business but then when it comes down to execution they utterly fumble the process. They seem to think simply sticking a property on a portal and sitting back is the approach to making sales. Also, (and probably most frustrating of all), don't expect any form of communication from them. Once they win your business, expect things to descend into a dark abyss. Awful experience and definitely won't ever be using them again.

After seeking to buy one of the properties listed by KFH last year, we decided to withdraw our offer following unacceptable responses from the sellers, supplemented by the unexpected result of the EU referendum.
To cut a long story short, when I was a day late in calling KFH back about a possible revised offer, I found out that they had already put it back on the market. David stated that by pulling out (which we were within our legal rights to do), that we had treated the sellers very poorly and that a gentleman's agreement had been broken. I've never spoken to a more aggressive agent before and he even admitted that they had to offer the sellers a discount on their fees because we had pulled out - an obvious admission of poor service on their part. David Moreton was clearly very angry at some lost commission, and so decided to vent his frustration on the buyer. Hi may be nice to the sellers (who pay his fees), but it seems he couldn't care less about how to treat buyers.

The service we received from David Moreton and the team at KFH was first rate.
They won our confidence right from the start - demonstrating a real understanding of the local market.
We felt that they would be prepared to go that bit further than other agents we spoke to. For example after instructing them, the whole team visited our flat. This meant that everyone in their office was familiar with the property.
Viewings started almost immediately and we accepted an offer of the full asking price within 3 days of instructing.
During the sale process they were very communicative. If they were not immediately available they always returned calls promptly. They took control of the process and were very proactive in chasing the various parties involved.
We would recommend the KFH team without reservation.

Dreadful to deal with both throughout our tenancy and after.
No one gets back to you, even when a query is quite serious. Our living room window was accidentally smashed by the building maintenance team and it took over 3 weeks to get it replaced.
After our tenancy it has been almost a month and we have still heard nothing about getting our deposit back. The agent dealing with the deposit is very rude and short with us, even though it is a considerable amount of money and we are well within our rights to want it back asap.
They are looking to charge us for some small maintenance items (i.e. an issue with the fridge) but the only reason that these are still outstanding are because we tried repeatedly to get in touch with KFH to resolve them when they happened and no one could be bothered to get back to us,

We recently relocated to London and were finding it very difficult to find a property that would take our dog. I wanted a comparison quote to let my property and from the moment they answered the phone to my tenants moving in Cory and the team at KFH have continuously impressed me with their impeccable professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail, helpful advice and all round outstanding service. Other agents who I have dealt with have hassled me with numerous missed calls, been late to appointments, moody when I've had to cancel a viewing, been pushy and the level of service wasn't close to KFH's. It was a pleasure doing viewings with them, their professional photographer was excellent, their fees are competitive and straightforward and at all times I felt they were honest and supportive. I can't recommend them highly enough. And I'm very pleased with my new tenants and the rent they achieved for me.

We found Cory to be very friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. He is very responsive to emails. He did not mind that we sent him a large number of emails, indeed we must have exchanged around 200 emails over a four week period. He helped us to market the property at the correct level. We consulted him on what improvements we should make to the flat. He helped us make the right decision on renovation and even provided us the name of a person who KFH use to give us a quote. We ended up using that person and we were very happy with the work that he carried out, on time and on budget. Cory found us a tenant, helped us negotiate the rent, and helped to work through some problems over the moving in date, allowing enough time to carry out the necessary renovations. Cory also helped us through some other issues such as removing a sofa and a spare door. To sum up, Cory could not have been more helpful and we are delighted with the service that KFH provided to us.
