Having just exchanged on the sale of my property, I would like to thank both Neil and Shaun at Winkworths for all there hard work and professional manner throughout the process. From the first stages of marketing until the sale exchanged contracts I was updated on the progress at every stage which kept me at ease.
I would not hesitate to recomend them to Family and Friends and will most certainly use them in the future.
Thanks again to all of you at Winkworths.

Thank you very much for this excellent feedback , it is just what we like to hear ! Sadly many agents neglect their clients once a sale is agreed and vendors are left in the dark as to what is or isn't happening which causes unnecessary worry. Before appointing an agent it is important to find out not only how they plan to sell the property , but how they plan to progress the sale through to a successful and stress free completion.

Communication is key in our business and we pride ourselves on keeping clients informed of progress and addressing the many issues that inevitably crop up during the conveyancing process. I'm sorry that on some occasions things weren't left as they should have been as our policy is always to "leave as we find". I'm also sorry to hear that some mud had been trodden into your property.
