Don't use these people they don't care they trick you all they want is your money, they promise things but it never happens but if its you who has to do things they're on you DO NOT USE CASTLE ESTATES ESPECIALLY THE DRONFIELD OFFICE DO NOT PLEASE
What agent could do to change your mind?
Never ever use these agents, me and my partner were pregnant at the time of moving in and we were desperate, they knew this and they really played us, we paid the bond and thought we were moving in, the house needed alot of work they said give us a month to sort it out we thought ok, next day rang us up and said we're selling it we were upset thought find somewhere else, but then next day rang back and said not selling it now but you need to move in now but we'll do repairs while your there so we moved in but guess what the repairs never happened, and 3 and half years later, me and my partner have split up because of the mould because of my child and now going through courts to get custody and this CASTLE ESTATES were the reason DO NOT USE THEM THEY DONT CARE hand keys over on 26 Feb 2014 so don't know about bond, so prob see you in court CASTLE ESTATES :-(Attached Filesnbsp;
