Oh dear, this really is the worst agency I've ever used for renting properties out. There was no care, no help, no follow up and little knowledge of the process, especially for eviction of some terrible tenants (tenants that they had found for me!). It seems that everything has to get referred to head office or another department which means an answer for anything, when you get one, takes for ever!
I definitely won't be using this agency again.

Being the ‘said' tenant above, I can assure you we approached AB regarding our very well behaved family cat, who spent most of his time outdoors, prior to accepting the tenancy. We were left hanging and could get no answers.
