I cannot thank and praise the agent, Mike, enough for his incredibly kind, professional, speedy and efficient service! He found me a fantastic, newly renovated, clean and tidy, large top-floor bedsit, at a reduced rate, which he negotiated on my behalf to accommodate my budget, in my desired location of West Kensington with an incredibly kind and conscientious couple of landlords (brothers), who did their utmost to always maintain clean and tidy communal areas. They came twice every single week, without fail to clean and tidy the communal areas, showing a real pride in the upkeep, decor and presentation of their property - a real rarity amongst landlords! The landlords always had time to talk and listen and joke. They were the greatest landlords I have ever had! They came to fix the shower the same day and replaced it within 48 hours. Just simply amazing! I miss them very much and will be using Mike's excellent, unrivalled
and incomparable service with incredible encyclopaedic knowledge about the properties, landlords and clients he has helped, and the strong relationships with the landlords he has worked with over the decades. it’s absolutely rubbish
No one answers the phone
it’s waste of money
i don’t recommend at all
i have paid around £70 they keep sending me flat lists
and all the flat has the same phone numbers and no one answers the phone or replies to the text messages

Relatively good service. Managed to find a flat quickly although when i call up on the day to find out the possible availability i would prefer not to hear stories of what other people have found as I'm only interested in what is available to view. thank you

Successfuly found a new flat through Flatland. I resorted to their services twice: at first, with a very low (even unrealistic) budget, I was unsuccessful in finding something that suited me, despite Mike's best efforts. I ended up taking a flat found through another agency. Three months later, now living with a flatmate and with an improved budget, since my subscription was still valid, I decided to give it another try. Myra was very helpful, giving me a fair deal on a subscription extension, and helping me finding potential studios that suited our needs. If memory doesn't fail me, it only took me two trips to the agency until I found the flat that we're currently living on. Meeting with Myra was always a pleasure and both her and Mike always showed an impressive knowledge of the available listings and amazed me with their memorisation of all sorts of details about them without needing to check the computer's database. The only negative aspect of my experience was an issue with a potential landlord whom was recommended to me at the agency, more specifically Mr. Angelo from Vauxhall. After contacting him regarding one his properties, we arranged a viewing to the following morning. When I turned up at the direction provided, at the agreed time, after waiting for him for 50 minutes, he preposterously told me "there is no reason for you to be there as there are no viewings today" (which I can give my word of honour wasn't true), hanging up the phone without even apologising, leaving me 50 minutes and almost £30 poorer. Overall, I'm very please with Flatland's services and will very likely contact them again once our current contract nears expiration. The subscription price is well worth the avoided nuisance of trying to find accommodation in London by myself.

Flatland offers an excellent service for what they do, provide contact details for available rooms in Greater London through a daily updated email list for 3 months for a reasonable fee. You have to put in the leg work, visit rooms and make calls to agencies or landlords where necessary. It helps if you do your research ahead of time with budget and kind of room in mind. Mike was always willing to take my calls and answer my questions as far as he could, even giving alternative choices he thought might work for me. I found my room thanks to Flatland after about 3 weeks and will definitely be using their services when I need a room again.

I tried to phone the agency many many times without success. When somebody picked up the phone, they sounded annoyed and rude. The person I spoke to started to waffle about the properties they had all around London and did not allow me to ask questions about the ones I was interested in. I asked if it was a good time for them to talk. They told me “if you’re quick because I’ve got other things to do”. I tried to ask if I could call back but the rude guy just shouted at me and hanged up. I would never rent from this agency and I hope nobody will!

To be honest I was a bit suspicious about flatland because I have to admit that I checked the review first about them and not all of them was nice , some people mostly complain about the fact that they called and get no answer , what happen to me just once but appart form that they always answer to my mail and the guy I had on the phone really did his best to find me a place who match my expectation , knowing that at the same time I receive a list of studio or room available every day with a slot to visit them , and actually he found me a place who was even better than what I was expected and at a really really really good price ! ( more space than my previous place , the area was better as well and the price so cheap as there is not any hidden fee ). A friend recommend me flatland and I’ll definitely recommend it to someone else ! Of course it’s a bit scary to pay for a service you didn’t get yet but I don’t regret it.

I have paid £61.50 for a three months subscription. And they gave me some phone numbers of Landlords which they told me that they have rooms available. When I called the Landlords and viewed a room, I found out that they didn’t have any availabilities or the rooms they were renting were very dirty or had mice problems.
After this, I have called Flatland and they didn’t answered any of my calls or emails! So basically I have paid £61.50 for nothing!!! They still have ads on Gumtree under the names of Mo, Maxwell and Michael!!! Don’t call them or you will loose your money!!! They are Fake News!!!

Very affordable accommodations.

when I tried to call the number listed in their gumtree ad, it didn't pick up, but I then received a text instructing me to text back my email address, so they can send me "the details". I never did.
It's still unclear to me how, but they managed to obtain my direct email address after I replied to their con ad through my gumtre account.
When I replied to that email to ask how they managed to obtain mine, I got no reply, but now my spam folder is full of their dodgy offers.
I called the office number, and it was more of the same - give us your email so we can send you whatever, and by the way, go on our website to register for a fee, which, again, I never did.
The follwing day I called back to ask about the whole email affair, and the charlatan in charge barked 'I don't know who does it!" and hung up.
The con is to get you signed up for £60 for a "property list" - I can only imagine! they don't even let the properties themselves, if indeed there are any.
flatland.co.uk also masquarade as thestudiocenter.co.uk - just look at those dodgy websites! - both operating from the same address, and they keep re-posting the same dodgy picture ad on gumtree 10 times a day (more fool me!)
I bet the same loser who mans their spammy hotline is sat there writing all these glowing reviews as "Elixabet" and "Sofoklis".
