they definitely not honest, not transparent and not credibility in there process. I found a good place to rent I am international student. they asked me to pay £30 to get referencing from my previous landlord then I was so so so co-operative with them I paid immediately. then they said no you should pay 5 months in advance at least and bring identification letters from your embassy. I understood that is their right to secure their situation particularly I am international student. I paid all the 5 months rent in advance, admin fee and deposit of the flat (one month rent + £100). Yet everything should process in my side quickly and fairly. unfortunately, on the date of signing up and handing the keys, the lady who viewed me the flat and asked me for all the amount and documents disappeared and they put another lady to deal with my case. she started with SORRY we can not let you move in before 5 days because the gas check failed. how they were not caring. my current place due for check out, I have two kids with me and I am a single mum and student all of that NOTHING as they believe. I am disappointed i am just thinking how can i complained the agency that has no credibility and transparency with its client and how the law let them work normally?.
such weird situation.
