I have been on the hunt for a property for about 8 months now and have been regularly dealing with Haart of Plaistow. Frankly, they are the worst estate agents I have ever encountered. They are late to viewings, do not turn up to viewings, fail to tell you the property is no longer available and are currently playing the 'you can only see it on saturday' game - making everyone come at the same time to drum up competition and play you off against each other.

Every time they have let me down they say "we left several messages" (of course they haven't). They lie constantly, their viewings are conducted with disdain for the buyer and with about as much enthusiasm as mouldy sponge. I hate them. I hate them. I hate them. I hate them. But what can you do when the property you want is only on with them? Estate agents in general are pretty horrid creatures, but Haart make my blood boil. Oh did i mention. I HATE THEM!
