What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have followed the contact, performed the legally required checks of fire alarms and boiler, given the legal 24 hour access notice. Generally just followed UK law and our contract as opposed to having situations bordering on harassment and criminal access. Provided a real 24 hour service for emergencies as the one time we needed them during a faulty fire alarm no one answered.Attached Filesnbsp;
