The whole process of my purchase of a property from HAART was unnecessarily stressful and painful. It is a shame that the agent was HAART because I had looked around for a property for some time and my dealings with other estate agents were wonderful, even just for viewings. I had bought the property at higher than the asking price and I almost had to even beg Victoria to be nice!!! After my encounter with Victoria, I don't know what is true and what is not anymore. I think she lied on a number of occasions. Even my Solicitor was very stressed by Victoria!
With other agents, some of the seller were even at the viewings and gave me their telephone in case I had any questions. Victoria refused point blank to give me the seller's tel even upon exchanging contract because there was a crucial agreement to be made and hangs on clear communication.
I feel sorry for anyone selling their property with HAART. There are so many other good ones. Avoid HAART LOUGHBOROUGH like a bug!

I had similar painful and stressful experience. Guess I was stupid, I offered higher than asking price and that is not enough for Victoria, I think she would only be happy if I crawled between her legs!
Anyone would be damn stupid to sell their property via Haart Lboro. I tried to buy a property and the bloody agent put up all sorts of obstacle besides being damn right rude. It seems all the more she knew I wanted to buy this property, all the more she made it difficult, I almost had to beg ...
