When I came to sell my property in Kennington, London, I was very focused on choosing the right Estate Agent from the large selection based locally in and around Kennington. After having Chuk around to my flat, he impressed me with his diligence and vision for the sale. My account was dealt with by Jordanna who was excellent in dealing with me as a vendor and those who were interested, including the eventual purchasers. The rest of the team were very supportive and everyone contributed to the sale and the sale process. One afternoon I found them flyering the local area with postcards advertising the property and they came around for a couple of visits before the viewings, so they knew how best to sell the property and understand the various aspects of the property.

As a result, the value of the property achieved was excellent and, from their hard work, diligence and overall service was happy to pay their fees! Not something I expected to say at the very start of the process when speaking with other Estate Agents.

I would highly recommend using Barnard Marcus and the team there are utterly professional.

Like all letting agents, they charge both the landlord and tenant for their service. The fees seemed in line with the industry standard for the tenancy agreement and referencing, which are ridiculous, but I asked for a discount on the fees and got one, so I was satisfied.
