Where should I begin?? To begin my complaint, the weather in Manchester today is -3 degree in city centre and everywhere in Manchester is covered in snow. I contacted JF last Saturday about my heater and boiler were broken. it took them 3 working days to received the message and take actions. Its Thursday today, they are still saying, they are still checking things with the contractors. I wonder how many contractors they are checking with??
Before I moved into the property, I asked for a blind. They promised me a world and said they will get it sorted and its stated in the inventory. Its been a while since I moved in, nothing was done. I called and complained and they said it got nothing to do with them. One minute they said they concern their tenants wellbeing, next minute, they think its unnecessary to have a blind, boiler and the heater sorted as the house is double glazed!!!!!
So, this says it all about their service and if you happen to speak to the 'manger', this is the kind of answer she will give you.
My recommendation is: think twice before renting/buying from them!!!
