I would like to say thank you very much for the sale of our property. After having a number of agents out, we made the correct decision of choosing Christian at Gascoigne Pees. The team of Christian, Lizzie and Andrew made the whole process easy and I was surprised how much red tape you have to go through when selling a property in today's market. Lizzie was exceptional, always kept us updated and really felt that she had passion in what she was selling. Christian done exactly what he said he was going to, which was achieve the best possible price for our property which he delivered. Andrew who chases the contracts and brings it all together was exceptional (if you are in you are in two minds which agent to use, this service alone could be the difference of the sale falling through or not)
Thanks again to all of you and if you want to sell your property, you must use Gascoigne and Pees.
