We would just like to take this time to make you aware of your star employee Emma Eyre. Over the past few weeks We have experienced on-going concerns when renting our property, and buying a new one, which at times has been upsetting at stages and stressful for both my wife and I. Emma has excelled in the customer service that she has provided. She has dealt with these issues efficiently, effectively and promptly and has given first level advice in certain matters. Hugely extortionate and not justified, lots of hidden costs and charges to not reflect the quality of the service provided. By the property management's inefficiency it has cost us a huge amount of money, which I hold proof of.
