Laura was a revelation when we changed Estate Agents some four or five years ago. We were so lucky.
We thoroughly revelled in her approach, correct manner and professionalism. There was no hassling, no immediate 'we have known you forever' over-friendliness. She was just charming, took us along at our own pace, told it like is was and was just there as and when we wanted/needed her. She evaluated our personalities with perfect empathy and allowed us to make our decisions at our own rate without any pressure, overbearing or otherwise.
She has been excellent also at matching premises, tenant and landlord, thereby creating a longer lasting, happier tenancy altogether.
On the one occasion when things did not work out, Laura leapt into the fray for us, led us by the hand through a minefield and ensured a very happy outcome.
Since promotion, Laura has deputised but, as soon as she sensed any sticky moments, her guiding hand was there for both her juniors as well as her client. Majestically managerial.
We feel every Estate Agent should be from this mould, (hope they did not throw it away when they made Laura), but nevertheless her careful hands could shape so many others resulting in excellent ratings not just for herself but also for her employers.
Well done Laura and the very best wishes from us both for the future.

Yes exactly the same experience with her. Was left out in the cold & had organised with family to come and view property on the weekend, so 3 of us all let down. Her remedy was at least to show me the flat during a week day that I had to take off work - and luckily she managed to make it to that appointment.
