We are a company who have taken on 5 properties through Chancellors in East Oxford as a company let. We have always dealt with Julian Dando at Chancellors who has provided excellent customer service. I was always contacted with potential properties that may be suitable for us, and found his approach flexible and courteous, been able to view the properties quickly and kept up to date with when the tenancy start date has been agreed. I found the paperwork side of taking on a new property straightforward. All the properties we have taken on have been of a good standard and if there has been any maintenance issues they have been dealt with efficiently. I would highly recommend Chancellors in East Oxford for any one looking to rent a property in Oxford.

This Agent's Fees are ridiculous. They claim they can justify every single on them, which I am sure they can. But I could come up with fees and justify them too. What about ‚£25 for the hassle of setting up a direct debit? Or how about ‚£15 for every time we had to waste our time with them on the phone or in person?

We are sorry to learn you feel unhappy with elements of the service you have received from our East Oxford office. Our landlord clients will inform us when they wish to serve notice on tenants; we marketed the property as a short-term let, and, as such, the landlord may require the property back at short notice. Owing to the length of the tenancy it was not classed as an assured shorthold tenancy and the deposit would not have had to have been protected, and the contract you signed confirms i ...
