Disgusted, the MD is a joke, refuses to talk to anybody - which basically means he knows he runs a farce of a company, and he does not want to face a "real" customer...

Had problems such as no hot water for 8 weeks, no rear access due to a dispute, poor workman ship from people who came out to do the work.

We moved out 2 months before our contact ended as we could continue to live there and we STILL paid the rent, however now they are so slow at refunding the

Avoid this lettings agent at all cost, they are bloody useless. They don't managed anything properly so beware of the property you move into, checks have probably not been done and probably crawling with fleas like the one I just moved into!...

Low admin fees. Doing their jobs properly to not lead genuine tenants into stress and anger.

I think after the ridiculous levels of their failings, there would be no action which would convince me to deal with JSM at any point ever again

JSM are rubbish, don't use them. we are the landlords and we needed a tenant out dew to one thing and another. They did nothing that they where payed to do. are solicitor advised use never to use them again, we already now that . Stay way clear. ...
