I found the service offered by Winkworth both friendly and professional in all aspects and the team kept me informed at all times on the progress of my sale. Mr. Shaun Amner initially advised on all aspects of marketing my property, and Ms. Jordan Rhodes dealt with all viewings, most of which were conducted in my absence. Mr. Neil Barnes supported the team with prompt and helpful responses to emails.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth to potential sellers and buyers, and should the need arise, I would use Winkworth Estate Agents again.

Communication is key in our business and we pride ourselves on keeping clients informed of progress and addressing the many issues that inevitably crop up during the conveyancing process. I'm sorry that on some occasions things weren't left as they should have been as our policy is always to "leave as we find". I'm also sorry to hear that some mud had been trodden into your property. Sadly many agents neglect their clients once a sale is agreed and vendors are left in the dark as to what is or isn't happening which causes unnecessary worry.
