I own a number of properties and deal with agents fairly regularly so have a reasonable amount of experience in this market place. I've recently used Jackson-Stops in Teddington and have found them to be extremely professional, helpful and effective at letting my property. They really did go that extra mile. Needles-to-say, I'd have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone else renting or selling.

Trying to find a new place can be a difficult experience, but Chloe at Jackson-Stops Teddington was so supportive and helpful and, best of all, understood what I wanted and where I wanted to be and she made it happen. I have dealt with a lot of estate agents over the past 6 months but none have managed to impress me like Natalia Banos, based at the Teddington branch. Unbelievably efficient, professional and friendly. A true professional!!! I am fortunate enough to be buying through them thanks to Natalia securing an agreeable price with the seller. If you have a property in the area and are thinking of selling or buying, I would absolutely choose Jackson Stops as my agent. I would also like to mention Stevie and Izzi who have also been great. The whole team is fantastic!!!

This process wasn't easy for them and they been a wonderful professionals and deal with all in good way and I felt I could trust them from very begging.
I recommend this agency where you can find professionals staff to help finding your dream, comfortable home and also deal with the check out in best way without any problem. Very special thanks to all team.

If I could I would give Jackson Stops and Staff zero stars. Nearly, 2 years on I'm still trying to rectify deposit and bills issues surrounding the property I rented in April 2015. We ended the tenancy early due to the property having mould issues. This has continued to haunt us to this present date.
We rented from the Teddington Branch. Our first point of contact was Mark Birch and the property manager was Rob Joyce.
From our 9 months expensive It seems that all staff members were there for the landlords and not the tenants, so if you're the landlord you're on to a winner if you're a tenant be prepared to have a battle on your hands.
I was really disappointed with how staff members handled our issues, I felt and still feel like they played us off against the landlord, which has cost us £1800 of our deposit and other expenses costing us close to £3000. This includes damaged goods due to the amount of mould that was present in the flat with no action taken from landlord or property management.
Throughout the 9 months, I felt that I was battling with the property management team. No-one wanted to take responsibility and often we were fobbed off. I went above our property management contact (Rob Joyce) as we were getting no-where to the head of property management Simon Quinn who showed little interest in looking into the issues or finding a solution to our problem.
I'm still yet to receive my deposit back from TDS. Property management and the Teddington office made us believe that we were disputing over trivial issues when actually the main issues we were disputing wasn't disclosed until the 28th Day when I was unable to submit more evidence to support my claim with TDS.
I thought if I expressed my concerns higher to the head of residential lettings Tracey Cumming she could maybe help find a solution. However, from my experience with any head of the department, they all were the same. No-one offering a solution for the tenants instead fighting the corner of the landlord. After all, the landlord is the one they're making money out of and if they annoy one tenant it doesn't matter as tenants are replaceable.
I wouldn't wish the amount of stress and expense on my worse enemy and certainly would never use JSS again.

It was a pleasure doing business with Jackson-Stops and Staff, Teddington. Mark Birch and his team went out of their way to make the entire process extremely smooth, from finding a great flat, signing the lease and moving in, to vacating and handing it over at the end of the lease period. On several occasions the team went beyond their call of duty, ie helping with an accidental lockout, with personal advice / shared their local knowledge......which was extremely nice and helpful.
