I invited the top three agencies in Kennington to pitch for the job, Chuk was the only one who arrived having researched the flat. He told me things about it and the area I hadn't learned in five years. He made a strong price pitch which the other agents thought was over-confident (20k more than the competition) but he backed his estimate with a price survey, available to all agents but he was the only one who brought it and his experience of similar flats in the area, in addition he called the rising market just right. He committed to an Open House sale, marketed the property effectively through his highly professional team and on the day personally oversaw viewings. Multiple offers over the asking price saw his estimates justified.

In terms of negotiations he was superb, chivvying and reassuring where necessary and ensured that the bumps along the road didn't become blocks. What had the potential to become acrimonious remaining courteous and purposeful. Highly recommended to anyone looking to sell in Camberwell or Kennington.

Like all letting agents, they charge both the landlord and tenant for their service. The fees seemed in line with the industry standard for the tenancy agreement and referencing, which are ridiculous, but I asked for a discount on the fees and got one, so I was satisfied.
