he took the admin fee from us, even he knew all details about us, before we paid deposit and admin fee of 200 pounds, he told us to wait for confirmation, when we could come to sign a contract, but after few days, he said that we are not able to rent a flat, because the documents are not right, although he check everything before we paid all the money. He gave us back deposit, but no admin fee..such and idiot, cos its a good business to take money and not to give back!
