Living in London managed the rental of my property when I moved abroad 11 years ago. Over that time it was never unoccupied and they were prompt, professional and courteous.
When it came to selling the property, they found a buyer within two weeks and after some challenging negotiations, got it across the line.
I cannot recommend them enough.

I felt in very safe hands from the beginning to the end of the lettings process.
This was invaluable to me as I only let one flat and have had the same tenant for 8 years, so I was out of date regarding new regulations / processes. Living in London found me two great tenants quickly.
They kept me informed throughout and made everything painless. Adam, Megan, Elizabeth and Ola all gave outstanding service and advice throughout. They didn't advise I go for the first tenants who offered, but instead recommended I wait a little longer until tenants with strong credentials (if that's the word!) were interested. This demonstrated that they are not after a "quick buck", but really committed to ensuring their landlords/landladies get the right people!
Thank you for all your help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Living in London to other landlords / landladies.

Dealing with Living in London to find a new place to rent was a hassle free and a pleasant experience, which makes a nice change from my previous experiences moving around London.
Ola showed us around a couple different properties, his own suggestions which matched our criteria perfectly, and he seemed like a really genuine guy, polite and willing to share his own honest opinions, and Megan's communication whilst arranging paperwork and fees was quick and clear, which made the whole process stress free.
My partner and I are incredibly happy with the property we have moved into thanks to the support from Living in London and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know if they were looking to move in the Canada Water area of London.

Not Great. I'll detail the staff below The Battersea branch was headed up by Gavin, a slow witted and ill willed man with a perchant for lying and scheming, with the mistaken view that the average Joe in the outside world was as stupid as him. Lies varied from attempting to sell fake properties, threats of illegal professional cleans and more minor things such as false excuses for ignoring emails. Aside from this, he had a tendancy to ignore a substantial proportion of emails to which responding to was of no benefit to himself, which proved a bit of a drag when attempting to get problems with the property sorted and an apparent inability to grasp basic grammar, punctuation and spelling didn't help matters. Aiding him was Melissa, who also lied from time to time but we could never work out was acting on here own accord or was just a (much more articulate) mouthpiece for Gavin. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say the latter, and she was fairly professional generally despite often being AWOL when sent emails (with no out of office response or anything ofc) I then met a nice young girl called Claire, who seemed well intentioned and friendly, with the added benefit of inavertandly dishing the dirt of some of Gavin's more ambitious schemes on a couple of occasions which was nice. Too bad the trials and tribulations of working with the other two has probably forced her to quit by now. Aside from the personal flaws above, the organisation generally seemed disorganised and fairly clueless, with emails going unanswered and documents going unsigned (including our tenancy agreement, which I'm not sure ever reached the landlord). Fortunately this worked in our favour when our deposit request was ignored for so long they weren't allowed to take any deductions from it. Having said all the above, there were some positives: They were very good as replacing faulty items and faults with the property, especially near the beginning of the tenancy and to be honest, you'll probably be fine if you have your wits about you. I'm sure a lot of other agents are no better.

They kept me informed throughout and made everything painless. Adam, Megan, Elizabeth and Ola all gave outstanding service and advice throughout. Highly impressed with Living in London and would certainly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area. A far superior experience to most estate agents! Ola was a real pleasure to work with, and he put in a huge amount of effort to find me the perfect flat. He really paid attention to what I actually wanted and persevered to make sure we found it! He also gave me the benefit of his experience with lots of helpful information on what to expect from the various landlords of properties we were viewing, which is an important factor when making a choice. Thanks also to Megan for taking over from there and getting all the admin done to move me into my lovely new home pre-Christmas. Showing that this agency really cares, Megan kindly followed up with me a couple of times after move-in to make sure everything was ok. I can't fault Living in London and would most definitely use them again in future.

I originally bought my flat through Living, and again sold it through them. We really appreciate how responsive the staff are in comparison to our previous experience.
Every time we raise an issue, our email is acknowledged quickly and the problem is usually solved within a matter of days, and most recently, within a matter of hours.
They are helpful and adopt an understanding tone.
I would have rated 5 stars, however, there were issues around the start of our tenancy that should have been dealt with prior to our arrival.

We have had very positive experience with Living in London so far. Nomeda has been very responsive to emails and every time we talked she was very professional, approachable and friendly. Despite being incredibly busy, Nomeda has managed to deal with all our requests and issues in the flat in the shortest time possible and I do hope she will stay our point of contact while we are renting through Living in London.

Living in London have been excellent - in our property search they listened to our requirements and showed us properties which matched exactly what we were looking for.
In terms of property management Nomeda has been great - responses have been prompt, helpful and friendly. This is the first estate agent we have worked with which feels like they genuinely have the tenant's best interests in mind and don't just send standard lines and follow strict policies.
All in all we've been really pleased with the service we've received and would definitely recommend.
