Ignored every single email I've ever sent, despite receiving a read receipt for all. It transpires if they won't make any money in helping you, it is not worth their time helping you. Also recently had a valuation and was promised results in writing from another branch. 2 weeks later still nothing. Absolutely awful service all round. Will never ever use this company again.
