I had an awful experience with this estate agent, I delt with Laxmi Patel who in my opinion didn't communicate very well, I had put down a deposit paid my first months rent and was all ready to sign contracts when I noticed somebody had already moved into the house at which point I had to contact her to find out what was going on. Anyway after severel email I asked for my money back at which point I never heard from her again. I then got in touch with her manager Bobby Singh who processed my refund. He later told me of another house which had come up for rent so I mentioned how I was disappointed with the service I received last time and I would not consider using them again. The barrage of abuse I received from this man afterwards was atrocious he insisted Laxmi was his best employee so they sent her on a paid holiday to Egypt ( probably using the interst from holding my money for so long) he then said the owner of the property had mental issues and I was lucky that Laxmi hadn't tied me in with her. The lack of professionalism from this man alone would make me prefusly discurrage anybody from using them. I also kept all email correspondence.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Laxmi could of communicated better. Bobbi could of left me alone instead of attacking a pregnant womanAttached Filesnbsp;

Hi PrincessPnk. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if the a landlord lets a property out without informing us, which is what happened in this instance. As far as we were concerned, we were the only agency that were instructed to let and manage this property, so it was as much as a shock to us as it was to you to find that it had been let out. Deposits are non refundable, but in circumstances such as this, it was only right of us to refund the money as it was a fault out of both of our hands. It is not company policy for out staff to mistreat or disrespect any of our clients and we take any allegations seriously. However we never receive complaints about Laxmi's approach or behaviour and she has since been promoted to Branch Manager. She is very good at what she does and is highly rated by many clients. We aim to fully investigate this matter. Please contact me so that i can gather further information about the allegation. I hope to hear from you soon,Kind Regards,
